I am not only driven by the growth of the company but also the growth of its people. I don’t believe that I know it all myself. Therefore I am motivated by having my peers perspectives. I have a thing for genuine people, but I am drained by corporate “hot air” and political back-patting. I strive with good relations where you can trust each other and are allowed to fail.
