AND privately ?

I live in the city of Aarhus and love the pulse and all of its opportunities.

My 3 teenaged daughters are my closest family. I love to cook for them and when they tell me that my food is tasty I feel happy and that I am a loving father. We mostly cook asian dishes at home because its versatile and healthy.

I like to get on my bike and drive around the city to find inspiration and look what has developed recently. In the summer i sail and in the winter i ski. This is both to have fun and exercise. Because I like the beauty of nature.

I grew up in the suburbs of Aarhus and all of my oldest friends also remained living here. We were al brought up with local music in the 70’ and 80’, Aarhus Festuge, Børnebio and schools that offered milk & lunch daily.

I spend almost all my holidays in Asia, where there is lots of inspiration and it brings me peace and time to regain my energy. My favourite city in the world is Bangkok. It stands out because of its amazing people.

I have my own favourite humour and I really like to watch stand up comedy. Therefore Cafe Jorden have a special place in my heart.
